4 Symptoms of Cardiovascular Disease

Suddenly you clutch your chest, sweat profusely, and feel restless – you realize it is a cardiac arrest. This is one of the most common and ultimate symptoms that indicate you have a heart disease. But, it is not always possible to identify. For years, you tend to avoid small signs and finally, these manifest as a major heart attack. Before it is too late, try to understand your health and visit a cardio specialist. In this blog, we will discuss four symptoms that clearly project that you have cardiac trouble.

Chest Discomfort

The feeling of chest pain varies from person to person. Some explain this as pressure and some feel this as a burning or pinching sensation. What actually happens is a blockage in the artery that expresses itself as a chest pain. This usually happens when you are at rest or are working hard; and the pain lasts longer than a minute. If you ignore this chest discomfort and consider it as a minor issue, then you are making a mistake. Even if the case is not serious, visit a doctor and do a thorough check-up. This can clearly explain whether the issue is related to heart or not.

Dizziness

You can feel lightheaded if you have low pressure. If the dizziness continues then you may even become senseless. May be you are drinking or eating too less and that is causing this trouble. But, if the feeling is sudden along with chest pain or breathing problem, then it is a cardiac issue. Do not overlook it, rather see a doctor right away.

Exhaustion

Running out of breath after doing physical work is natural. But if you find this exhaustion is affecting you continuously, even after performing a simple task, then you should see a doctor. Restlessness of this type gradually makes you weak and with time, this can be a symptom of a heart attack, especially for women.

Snoring

Do you think snoring is normal while sleeping? Well, light snooze can be due to nose blockage; but if the sound grows like gasping or choking, this can be a sign of sleep apnea. This is when you stop breathing for a while which puts extra stress on your heart. Never ignore this condition, see a doctor, and on recommendation, use a CPAP machine to ease out your breathing while you sleep.

There are many such symptoms that you need to understand before these turn into something critical like a cardiac arrest. So, do not ignore them; rather visit a doctor for proper treatment.
